Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail oriented Administration Assistant to provide essential support to our accounts and administration team. This role is responsible for monitoring, reconciling, and maintaining records related to freight movements and invoicing, ensuring accurate reporting and timely follow up with internal teams and external customers.

This position suits someone who enjoys working with people and data, can problem solve discrepancies, and would be willing to learn how to consolidate information from multiple sources.

The role is based in Warwick, QLD and the successful applicant will be available to work full time hours, Monday to Friday.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate records and transactions
* Willingness to learn how to reconcile incoming and outgoing data against delivery documentation
* Investigate discrepancies and follow up with depots, drivers, suppliers, and customers
* Liaise with transport providers and internal departments to resolve issues
* Perform accurate data entry
* Ensure deadlines are met and records remain compliant and up to date
Desired Skills and Experience

Skills and Experience:

* Previous experience in administration, logistics support, or inventory-related roles
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to problem solve and follow issues through to resolution
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Competency with Microsoft Excel and other office systems
* Ability to work within a team environment and independently
