Occupational Therapy Educator Opportunity
Shape the next generation of occupational therapists by joining our dedicated team in delivering high-quality clinical education. As an experienced educator, you will play a key part in educating and supporting students as they build their clinical skills and undertake professional placements.
The role involves working collaboratively with colleagues across disciplines to explore inter-professional learning opportunities and engage with occupational therapists in various sectors. You will also be based at our Sunshine Coast campus and may involve travel to support diverse placement activities.

Key selection criteria include:
* Completion or near completion of a PhD qualification in a relevant field or equivalent accreditation and standing;
* Effectiveness as a teacher including the capacity to conceive, develop and deliver higher education curricula and contribute to relevant areas of teaching;
* Research experience and potential including refereed publications, participation in research teams and sound knowledge of research methodologies relevant to the discipline/field;
* Evidence of leadership of quality clinical education of undergraduate students in various forms; and
* Strong personal qualities and collegial approaches that contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive academic environment conducive to high levels of engagement and standards of achievement for both staff and students.
