**Your new role**
The role sits in the finance department & your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a small & efficient payroll team
- Ensure payroll team is productive, accurate, effective and meeting strict deadlines
- Represent the payroll department with key stakeholders
- Advising and dealing with escalated enquiries
- Working in conjunction with ongoing payroll projects
- Responsible for all reporting payroll reporting
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience managing a payroll team/department
- Vast knowledge of payroll legislation & compliance requirements
- Strength with systems, needs a true payroll systems guru (open on systems exp)
- Outstanding customer & people management skills
- Be highly personable & strong communicator/relationship builder
