We're looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing team at Young Living Essential Oils, a global leader in natural health and wellness. Based in the Hills District, this hands‑on role will support a wide range of marketing activities, including social media management, content creation, product launches, events and digital communications. Reporting to the Product & Promotions Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing the Young Living brand to life across Australia and New Zealand, helping to engage our community, enhance our brand presence and support the success of our exciting marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
SOCIAL MEDIA
Planning, creating, scheduling and implementing social media content, occasional video creating and/or editing, and running promotions across all social media channels; including but not limited to Facebook, Facebook groups, YouTube and Instagram channels.
Responding to customer and Young Living member comments across all channels, seeking out answers from other managers as required.
Working with designers to create a positive branding experience that promotes Young Living's culture across all social media channels.
Liaising with product ambassadors to facilitate product testimonials.
Working with the Compliance team to ensure that all content is compliant.
ADMINISTRATION
Administration tasks to support the Marketing team including posting out products, back‑office data entry tasks via WorkFront (no experience necessary) etc.
Updating collateral and briefing designers & website manager to make edits.
Assisting with ad‑hoc projects/collateral as they arise.
PRODUCT LAUNCHES & PROMOTIONS
Assisting in the implementation of product launches, challenges and promotions.
Assisting with sourcing of branded merchandise items for use in promotions.
EVENTS
Assisting with marketing‑related activities for events and trips, including the merchandising of expo stalls, and marketing of promotions linked to events.
Opportunity to possibly attend interstate events 1‑2 times a year over a weekend.
Assisting with liaising with third‑party vendors to order print and event merchandise in line with the company budget and within the required delivery timeframe.
BLOG
Working with Senior Marketing Coordinator and designers to coordinate and upload monthly content for the Lavender Life Blog.
e‑NEWSLETTERS
Backup to Communications Specialist, working with Sales and Marketing teams to plan, coordinate, brief designers, program lists and send out e‑newsletter communications via MailChimp.
Monitoring e‑newsletter open and click‑through rates etc.
