Benefits: 2:2 FIFO roster from Brisbane 12-hour shifts Generous hourly rate 5-6 months contract (Possibility of extension) All flights, accommodation, meals and workwear provided All works are above ground Immediate start on offer Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily site operations Manage subcontractors and site crews Variation management and cost control including procurement activity Monitor and drive programme and productivity Ensure compliance with safety systems and procedures Maintain quality control across all works To be successful you must have the following: Demonstrated experience as a Civil Supervisor on similar projects Strong background in earthworks and foundations Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams Solid understanding of WHS and site compliance Standard 11 (G1, G2, G8, G9) – essential Willingness to complete a GEMCO medical You will working on a 2/2 FIFO roster on a 5-6 month water treatment plant upgrade based on Groote Eylandt in the Northern Territory. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day site supervision, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
