About the Role
As Marketing Coordinator, you will help build Opal HealthCare's brand, market positioning, and reputation through targeted marketing activities. Your focus will be on local area marketing, campaign delivery, and supporting the integration of newly acquired Care Communities. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll ensure our brand is consistently embedded across all touchpoints.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Community Engagement, you will be comfortable diving into a fast-paced and supportive environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and effective marketing communications that support successful integrations and foster organisational alignment.
Key Responsibilities
* Champion our brand and tone of voice across digital and print assets
* Support marketing for Care Community acquisitions, including signage, media, and local campaigns
* Create and coordinate marketing materials, SEO content, and community engagement initiatives
* Work with internal teams and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within brand guidelines
* Track campaign performance and report on ROI
* Liaise with stakeholders to support local marketing requests and initiatives
* Ensure compliance with company policies and WHS standards
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing role with a generalist skill set
* A proven ability to develop and deliver successful marketing campaigns, ideally within a corporate or agency setting
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and channels
* Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines
* Experience working collaboratively across departments and building strong stakeholder relationships
* Knowledge of digital marketing tools, including SEO, SEM, and analytics platforms (desirable)
