About the Role Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will play a key role in delivering New Product Development (NPD) projects from concept through to commercialisation. Working within a collaborative and technically strong team, you will lead assigned projects, manage customer communication, and support product scale-up into manufacturing. You will be responsible for formulation development, conducting stability studies, improving existing products, and sourcing new ingredients in collaboration with procurement and commercial teams. The role also involves creating product specifications and PIFs, maintaining accurate project documentation, and running weekly project updates with internal stakeholders. You will contribute to customer workshops, sensory evaluations, and market research while ensuring all development aligns with internal processes and technical standards.
