About You
3–4 years' experience in a residential sales role
Proven experience with the listing and sales process end-to-end
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of delivering results
Confident vendor and buyer management, with the ability to build trust and rapport
Self-motivated, results-focused, and eager to continue developing professionally
Proactive and confident with prospecting, door knocking, open home management and enquiry follow-up
Strong focus on building and maintaining a pipeline through relationship-based selling
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
Strong knowledge of the Sutherland Shire property market
Real Estate Licence and valid driver's licence required
