The role of the Supply Chain Director at Hysata is multifaceted and demanding. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in supply chain management to drive our transition from research and development to large-scale manufacturing.
This position requires a blend of hands-on procurement expertise and strategic leadership skills to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials, develop strong relationships with contract manufacturers and key suppliers, and mitigate potential risks.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing a comprehensive supply chain strategy, establishing partnerships with vendors, and managing commercial agreements.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain management, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in supply chain management and/or operations, and at least 5 years in a leadership position.
