We are looking for a qualified Diesel Mechanic to join a small, dedicated team to service and repair a diverse fleet of vehicles Key Responsibilities Service and repair fleet vehicles including side loaders, rear loaders, semi-trailers, small plant trucks, prime movers, forklifts, and loaders. Conduct scheduled maintenance every 500 hours and attend to urgent repairs as needed. Occasionally assist offsite with breakdowns. About You 8-10 years of mechanic experience, preferably in the waste industry. Experience with hydraulics is advantageous. Must have a valid Driver's Licence; MR, HR, HC, or FLD licences are a plus. WWCC and Police Check required. Strong knowledge of OHS. Able to work both in a team and independently. Willingness to assist the onsite engineer with TA-type tasks as needed.
