The Opportunity: This a highly strategic, high-impact role, to lead and deliver the end to end CRM & Loyalty strategy, delivering activity across EDM, SMS & Push channels, to further strengthen customer engagement & retention. Working directly alongside the eCommerce Manager & Digital Marketing Manager, to deliver & shape a seamless online customer experience and building on immense current successes. Reporting directly to the Head of eCommerce, this role will sit within one of the most advanced, built-out Digital teams in the industry, driving innovation and identifying new areas of opportunity to stay one step ahead of the wider market. You will deep dive into the data – analyse customer behaviour, purchase patterns and engagement metrics, to identify opportunities and evolve marketing strategies that maximise customer lifetime value. Experience Needed & What You'll be Working on: Solid experience with delivering high-performing, impactful CRM strategies across multiple channels, particularly EDM, SMS & Push, within the Retail, eCommerce or Consumer sectors A track record in delivering uplift across LTV, CTR & Revenue through owned channels Extensive, indepth technical knowledge of Klaviyo, Yotpo, Emarsys, SFMC or similar platforms Strong data & analytics experience and the ability to identify, interpret & present key insights Strong experience with in-depth customer segmentation work, targeting, and persona frameworks and building out new customer journey flows Cross-functional experience, partnering closely with eCommerce, Digital & Marketing teams alike to deliver cohesive, engaging campaigns in line with the brand identity A strong test-and-learn approach, continuously identifying new areas of opportunity & AB testing The Benefits & Why You'll Love this role: WFH flexibility, with 1 day WFH & strong flexi-working hours to suit your own schedule, with a stunning central Sydney office location, surrounded by cafes, bars, restaurants & shops Reporting directly to the Head of eCommerce, with decades of experience in driving stellar online Working within one of the most advanced CRM teams in the industry, with direct mentorship from the Senior CRM Manager & Head of Customer, with years of experience in industry leading businesses Unmatched learning opportunities - working amongst some of the best & brightest minds in CRM.
