Who are we looking for?
We are on the lookout for a recent or upcoming Engineering Graduate to join the Keller family as part of our 2-year Graduate Program. This unique opportunity gives Graduates hands on experience across all aspects of our organisation and equips you with real life skills to kick start your career in engineering.
The best part? At the end of the program, permanent positions are considered as part of the Keller Engineering Team
What does the program entail?
* 2-year rotational training across vital functions within our business – from Construction and Design through to Commercial, Finance and HSEQ
* Mentoring with Chartered Engineers within our business, gaining firsthand knowledge from industry experts
* Membership with Engineers Australia as part of their Graduate Program
* Experiencein assisting on major projects throughout Australia
What will make you a good fit for our team?
* You are a recent Graduate (within the last 2 years) in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering
* You have a passion for the industry and looking to get firsthand exposure to all aspects of an organisation
* You are willing to travel, our graduate program will allow you to visit our various offices and projects sites across Australia, giving you valuable hands-on experience and firsthand knowledge from our expert team
* You can committo 2 years full time employment within the program and have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
