We're calling for experienced Mobile Plant Operators local to Karratha to join our team. As a well-established business with a strong team culture, we're looking for operators who are motivated, detail-driven, and open to working across a variety of civil construction projects where their skills are needed. This role is offered in Karratha working on a 2/1 roster. Only local applicants will be considered.
What You Will Need
* Valid HR Licence (minimum)
* Construction Card
* Relevant Operating tickets (Roller, Water Cart, Loader, Skid Steer, Excavator, Articulated Dump Truck)
* Experience in civil construction, roadworks, or earthworks
Highly Regarded
* Already completed Rio Tinto Inductions will be very well regarded
* Multi-skilled operator capability
You will also need to demonstrate the following
* Strong understanding of site safety standards and procedures
* Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
* Strong communication and team-based working approach
* Adhere to Company and site safety standards.
