Job Title: Transformation Sales Lead

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with experience working with large enterprise clients and a strong understanding of the telco industry. This role requires a consultative approach, with the ability to lead value-led conversations and build rapport with complex clients.

A transformational sales lead is required to work with a major Australian Telco provider to capture leads, shape them, and close opportunities for a range of telco services, including 5G, OSS/BSS, architecture transformations, AI/offshoring projects, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at client organisations
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries

* Manage sales pipelines and forecast revenue growth

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Technical Skills:

* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telco industry
* Strong understanding of technology trends and innovations
* Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

Business Acumen:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build rapport with complex clients
* Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Education and Certifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* Relevant certifications, such as CRM or sales management
