This isn’t a traditional web PM role. It requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, is proactive in shaping change and can confidently guide both internal teams and clients through systems integration, automation and AI initiatives.You’ll sit at the intersection of project leadership and client success—helping our agency and clients bring complex, forward-thinking solutions to life while ensuring their experience is smooth, informed and strategically aligned.You’ll be responsible forReporting to the Director of Technology, you will:Lead cross-functional projects focused on business transformation—spanning systems development, integration, workflow automation and emerging technologies like AI.Own daily client communications, acting as the key liaison across project delivery.
