The Opportunity
This hybrid role combines business development with hands-on property management, ideal for someone who understands the full investor journey and enjoys both relationship-building and execution.
Grow the rent roll through new managements
Nurture referral relationships
Deliver a premium experience to property owners and renters
Manage the day to day portfolio operations whilst the portfolio initially grows
What You'll Be Doing
Business Development
Proactively generate new managements through referrals, networks, and opportunities
Build strong relationships with investors, sales agents, and referral partners
Attend meetings, presentations, and property handovers
Be a trusted advisor to rental providers from onboarding onwards
Property Management
Manage a portfolio with a strong focus on quality, not quantity
Conduct routine inspections and entry & exit reports
Deliver proactive communication and solutions for rental providers and renters.
Work collaboratively with leasing, maintenance, and support teams
What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who:
Has experience in Property Management and/or Business Development
Is commercially minded and understands investor priorities
Takes pride in delivering outstanding service - every time
Is proactive, organised, and solutions-focused
Enjoys autonomy but thrives as part of a close-knitted team
Is happy working from home, with flexibility, while attending on-site inspections and meetings as required
