As we undergo significant growth, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to support our Register's Manager.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to all valued customers.
* Provide training and support to our Registers Customer service team.
* Handle EFTPOS and cash transactions accurately.
* Maintain a clean and well-stocked work area.
* Engage in physical tasks, including lifting, packaging, and storing various products.
Qualifications & Desired Candidate Profile
* Weekend availability essential
* Previous experience in a similar role highly regarded.
* Ability to motivate and guide a team, fostering a positive work environment.
* Clear and effective communication skills to interact with team members and customers.
* Capability to handle customer complaints and issues efficiently.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and keep the team on track.
