Supply Planning Manager
At Refresco, we turn data into decisions that drive real operational impact. We are seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead the optimisation of end-to-end supply planning across our Retail and Foodservice networks, ensuring efficient, cost-effective product availability and strong service outcomes, based at our Bundamba Site.
About the Role
This role differs from other Supply Planning Manager positions in that it also contributes to ancillary projects that deliver meaningful outcomes for the Refresco business. Reporting to the Demand and Supply Planning Manager, the role is responsible for aligning production with demand requirements, coordinating material availability, and collaborating across a multi-site network to balance supply and demand. It plays a key role in improving service levels and supporting the S&OP process through data-driven insights and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Planning Governance & Oversight
You will provide governance and guardrails of site production plans to ensure alignment with demand, capacity, and our national network strategy. This includes reviewing and challenging plans to drive efficiency and maintaining strong master data integrity across systems.
Supply & Materials Planning
The role is accountable for overseeing raw and packaging material planning across our three sites, ensuring supply readiness while proactively identifying and mitigating risks in collaboration with Procurement and site teams.
Inventory & Network Optimisation
You will monitor inventory performance and ensure optimal stock positioning across the network, identifying opportunities to rebalance product flows and improve overall efficiency.
Collaboration & Risk Management
Working cross-functionally, you will lead discussions to resolve supply risks and constraints, ensuring alignment across Production, Logistics, Procurement, and Planning teams while validating key planning inputs.
S&OP & Continuous Improvement
You will support the S&OP process through scenario modelling and risk analysis, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes and network design.
About You
You are a commercially minded and analytical professional with strong Excel capability and experience working across supply chain or planning environments, including SAP S/4HANA experience. You bring proven leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, along with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
