What Role Will You Play?
In this role, you will act as a first‐line compliance advisor, providing practical, day‐to‐day guidance to the Wealth Management teams. You will work closely with colleagues across Product, Marketing and Operations to ensure regulatory requirements are embedded from the outset of new initiatives through to delivery. By simplifying complex rules into clear working practices, you will help ensure compliance is built into how the business operates. You will also support business projects and regulatory reviews, working with risk specialists to identify, manage and respond to regulatory issues in a timely and effective way.
What You Offer
* Significant experience in a compliance, risk or business advisory role within wealth management or broader financial services
* A strong understanding of wealth management products and services, such as retirement savings, investment platforms or managed funds
* A practical, hands‐on approach, with the ability to understand how the business operates and identify ways to improve compliance outcomes
* The ability to interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into clear, workable guidance that supports business objectives
* Strong relationship‐building and communication skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders and explain complex concepts in a clear and accessible way.
