Job Description
Due to growth we are seeking an Operations Officer to join our Team. This is a full-time, office based permanent position which requires
* high level of attention to detail
* excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* the ability to work autonomously within a fast-paced team environment.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* build sustainable relationships with both external customers and sub-contractors
* main liaison between driver, operations team and client using state of the art PDA and Desktop messaging system
* handle all matters pertaining to client and sub-contractors within the pre-determined timeframes
* prepare and distribute client reports/administration set by the Department Manager
* Complete the after-hour's handover communicating any fatigue management risks, where required
