You'll redefine what it means to feel 'chilled' at the hotel's dining haunt. Hailed as 'the place to be'. Responsibilities
* Assist in kitchen operations as a Demi Chef, delivering snacks and wholesome mains with quality and flair.
* Maintain a calm, proactive presence under pressure and help manage day-to-day kitchen activities to prevent issues from escalating.
* Collaborate with the team to support guests and ensure a positive dining experience.
Qualifications & What You Bring
* Experience as a chef or in a similar kitchen role; renowned as the chef's chef would be an asset.
* Ability to stay composed and focused, with a passion for people and hospitality.
* Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute creatively to menu items and plating.
