Job Description About the RoleAFF is seeking hardworking and dependable casual Farm Hands to join our operations at Bengerang Farm, located in Garah, NSW.
This hands-on role will have a particular focus on irrigation support, as well as general farm duties to keep operations running smoothly.
You'll work as part of a close-knit team, following instructions to ensure the job is done safely and efficiently.Key responsibilities include:Supporting the operation and maintenance of irrigation systems.Assisting with general fieldwork such as planting, spraying and harvest prep.Operating farm machinery and equipment.Reporting hazards and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.Being a team player and helping the team meet daily and seasonal goals.
