Your new role
As Building Supervisor, you'll oversee the construction of custom homes and duplexes, typically valued between $750k and $1.5M. With fewer projects (no more than 10, max), all on the Sunshine Coast, you'll have the time and resources to ensure exceptional quality. You'll manage scheduling, liaise with clients, coordinate suppliers, and be on-site for key milestones to resolve issues before they escalate. Using Co-Construct for client updates, you'll keep communication clear and professional while maintaining efficient, clean sites.
What you'll need to succeed
* QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (Low Rise acceptable)
* Proven experience supervising residential builds
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Carpentry background and hands-on ability for minor maintenance
* A team-oriented approach to fit into a small, close-knit office.
What you'll get in return
