About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist you will be a pillar of customer and technical support and a go‐to product expert for our real estate agency clients. You will handle inquiries that range from routine updates to complex platform troubleshooting, ensuring our clients can fully leverage Domain's portfolio of listings, data‐driven agent solutions and cloud‐based tools.
What a typical day looks like
* Be a trusted partner – act as the technical wizard and account champion for agents, helping them solve problems and extract maximum value from our portals.
* Master the art of connection – manage inbound enquiries across phone, live chat and email with a friendly, knowledgeable voice.
* Drive customer love – empower clients to unlock the full potential of the platform, building strong loyalty.
* Be a changemaker – capture client feedback and turn it into product and process improvements that shape strategy.
* Be a super‐collaborator – support internal Sales and Implementation teams, contributing to shared success.
* Become an industry expert – deepen knowledge of Australia's real‐estate and developer landscape, positioning yourself as a specialist.
Qualifications
Essential
* Previous experience in fast‐paced customer service or tech support roles.
* Passion for delivering great customer experience.
* Excellent communication skills with an enthusiastic, positive approach.
* Resilient and empathic nature.
* Strong problem‐solving skills.
* High level of confidentiality.
Nice to Have
* Experience supporting tech platforms within the SaaS industry (preferred).
* Contact centre experience (highly preferred).
* Experience in support roles for real estate, PropTech, online sales or advertising sales.
