* Pair your Food & Beverage qualifications, RSA, and proven kitchen experience together with strong Quality, Risk, and WHS knowledge, demonstrating mastery of both compliance and craft.
* Are an experienced Chef/Cook with commercial, homestyle cooking skills and a genuine passion for great food, flavour, and all things Beerenberg.
* Think laterally and creatively, offering fresh ideas, clever fixes and strategic solutions, while also keeping tasks on track with strong attention to detail and finishing skills.
* Communicate with ease, using polished written, verbal and interpersonal skills to connect across teams, suppliers, customers, and everyone in between.
* Build strong relationships with ease, you're peoplepositive, motivated, handson, and always ready to jump in wherever needed with great energy and a cando attitude.
* Stay calm under pressure with the resilience to bounce back quickly, helping others view challenges as opportunities rather than setbacks.
* Know your way around MS Office and PCbased systems and bring the organisational smarts to analyse information and present it clearly.
* Are ready to work across a 7day roster, including weekends and public holidays, while enjoying the perk of no evening work.
