We are partnering with a well-established Australian-owned consultancy delivering engineering, design and project management services across major infrastructure, resources and construction projects. With a strong national footprint and a collaborative culture, they are known for their practical, people-focused approach and commitment to supporting their teams to deliver exceptional project outcomes.
They are seeking a People and Culture Advisor for their WA operations. This is a broad, hands-on generalist role working directly with leaders, supporting all facets of the employee lifecycle across technical, engineering, IT, admin and project-based teams.
The role has been deliberately designed to grow, offering a clear pathway into HR Business Partnering with increasing ownership of projects, processes and stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide end-to-end generalist HR support, including ER matters
* Contribute to annual remuneration review processes (data, benchmarking, performance inputs)
* Support performance management across both low and high performers
* Assist in engagement and culture initiatives
* Support early career and graduate engagement, including coordinating student networking events
* Partner with a wide range of multidisciplinary stakeholders including Engineering, Technical, Project Management, IT and Corporate teams
* Work alongside senior leaders to deliver practical people solutions in a fast-moving environment
About You
* Strong generalist HR background with ER exposure
* Confident working with remuneration data, spreadsheets and performance frameworks
* Comfortable operating across all HR functions without specialist support
* Confident communicator with a grounded, self-aware style
* Proactive, curious and able to identify issues or opportunities early
* Willing to roll up your sleeves, get involved and build strong in-person relationships
