Due to continuing growth, we are now seeking an outcomes focused Trainee Construction Supervisor/Slab Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Support construction activities under supervision to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Coordinate tasks on site under the direction of senior supervisors.
Contribute to problem solving and maintain attention to detail under pressure.
Qualifications
Proven track record with a solid trade background
Robust focus on quality
Professional attitude
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Sound problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining an eye for detail
Sound IT skills including use of ClickHome software
