Job Summary:
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring compliance with government and industry standards when inspecting animal carcasses, meat, and meat products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspection and Quality Control: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and guidelines during inspections.
* Certificate Training: Complete and successfully graduate from a Certificate 3 in Meat Processing (Meat Safety) or Certificate 4 in Meat Processing (Meat Safety).
* Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure continued delivery of exceptional products.
