Key responsibilities of the job include:
* Transporting children to school, family contact, respite, home-based care and other essential appointments;
* Providing emotional support and companionship to young people who have experienced trauma;
* Documenting progress notes and reporting any concerns during support engagements;
The successful applicant will be required to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to de-escalate heightened behavior in a calm and appropriate manner.
