Majority of our work are on Friday nights, Saturday Nights & Sunday Nights

Our team is passionate about delivering high-impact, safe, and magical experiences, and we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Event Technician to join our dynamic team. The role primarily involves working with indoor sparklers and dry ice effects to create stunning visual displays that elevate our clients' events.
Key Responsibilities will involve the following -
Setup and Operation: Manage the setup, operation, and breakdown of indoor sparklers and dry ice machines at various event venues, ensuring the effects are safely and effectively integrated into the event timeline.
Safety & Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols while working with pyrotechnics, dry ice, and other related equipment. Ensure compliance with all local regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe environment for clients and guests.
Customization: Collaborate with event planners and clients to customize sparkler and dry ice effects to match the specific theme, vibe, and timing of each event.
Technical Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of sparklers, dry ice machines, and other equipment to ensure they are functioning at optimal levels during events.
Event Coordination: Work alongside other event staff to ensure seamless integration of effects into the event timeline, working closely with DJs, lighting specialists, and other technicians.
Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients and event coordinators, answering questions, and offering professional guidance regarding sparkler and dry ice displays.

Qualifications Include The Following -
Experience: Previous experience in event production, lighting, or technical roles is preferred. Experience with pyrotechnics, dry ice, or special effects in a live event setting is a plus.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with the operation of sparkler machines, dry ice effects, and other event technology. Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills are a must.
Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure safety and precision during each event, particularly in timing and execution of effects.
Flexibility: Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and evenings, depending on event schedules.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work well with clients, event planners, and other team members.
