Key Responsibilities
Merchant Acquisition & Growth
Acquire new StarCard merchants and help reduce out-of-network volume.
Use reporting and analytics to identify new merchant opportunities.
Conduct proactive outbound engagement to secure merchants by promoting the StarCard
Ensure new merchants are onboarded and marketed to existing customers.
Market existing merchants to drive in-network growth.
Gather customer behaviour insights to support network planning.
Role Complexity / Requirements
Growth and business development focus.
Strong reporting and analytical capability.
Strong negotiation and communication skills (written, verbal, and face-to-face).
Commercial mindset with understanding of business outcomes.
Strong competitor and market intelligence.
Ability to identify business improvements and resolve issues to support growth.
