Your Role:

1. Drive revenue growth through effective strategic and tactical leadership of sales engineers.
2. Hire, train, and equip the right sales engineering team to achieve sales goals and customer success.
3. Collaborate across the organization to promote and influence sales priorities.
4. Develop technical resources needed to support revenue goals by leading sales engineers within the assigned region.
5. Engage with sales leadership to align sales engineering resources with sales strategy and goals.
6. Translate go-to-market strategies into actionable activities through cross-team communication.
7. Ensure the sales engineering team is proficient with all products and related skills.
8. Work with sales engineering to understand customer success and align efforts accordingly.
9. Conduct performance reviews and develop individual team members.
10. Manage performance and retain top talent.
11. Review demo and proof of concept delivery for quality assurance.
12. Provide feedback to sales management on issues impacting sales.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.


What You'll Need:

* BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas.
* Leadership ability to challenge and motivate diverse teams.
* 10+ years of experience in sales engineering.
* Ability to work at a computer for extended periods.
* Some travel may be required.
