EARLY YEARS COORDINATOR – FULL‐TIME / FIXED‐TERM
To be eligible for this role you will need:
* Experience working in early childhood education, Indigenous language revitalisation, or community development.
* Strong understanding of Yawuru culture, values, and language, with the ability to work respectfully within cultural protocols.
* Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and support the growth of emerging educators or trainees.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in engaging families and working with children.
* Strong organisational and planning abilities, with a proactive and collaborative work style.
* Ability to assist with capturing attendance, participation, and learning reflections to support program monitoring and reporting, in collaboration with the Impact, Evaluation, and Communications Lead.
