A respected regional construction group is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join its Ulladulla office. About the Role
You will play a key part in ensuring the smooth commercial and contractual management of projects. Working closely with the project and site teams, you will provide accurate documentation, robust financial oversight and consistent communication with subcontractors and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, review and administer head contracts, subcontracts and supplier agreements
• Manage variations, progress claims, extensions of time and procurement schedules
• Maintain accurate registers and contract documentation including drawing logs and compliance records
• Liaise professionally with subcontractors, consultants and internal project stakeholders
• Support cost tracking, forecasting and budget reporting to ensure commercial performance is maintained
Skills and Experience
• Demonstrated experience as a Contract Administrator within the construction sector
• Strong understanding of contract terms, progress claims and variation management
• High attention to detail with sound organisational and time management skills
• Clear and confident communication with the ability to build positive working relationships
• A proactive approach and commitment to contributing to a cohesive project team
• Minimum of 2 years of contract administration experience in the construction industry
• Mid level contract administration experience required
