* Contribute to the development and review of WHS policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date and effective.
* Provide practical, solutions-focused safety advice to supervisors, contractors, and operational teams to help them make informed decisions and improve safety performance.
* Monitor safety performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve a zero-harm goal.
