What You'll Be Doing Lead project delivery and mentor a growing civil team.
Represent the company in key client and stakeholder negotiations.
Help drive operational excellence and support the CEO in strategic decisions.
Actively contribute to business development and growth planning.
What we seek in you 10+ years' experience in land development or infrastructure (urban/rural).
Strong leadership credentials and a client-first mindset.
Familiarity with the local market.
CPEng highly desirable but not essential on on pathway A drive to build, lead, and eventually take ownership.
