About the Role…
We are seeking a proactive Administration Officer to provide essential support for the Self-Employment Assistance (SEA) program. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth program delivery and supporting participants on their business journey.
What might this look like you may ask?
* Work collaboratively with candidates, mentors and the SEA team to support them with relevant matters related to the SEA program
* Accurate administration of databases and other system requirements
* Data analysis and report writing to improve and develop business processes
* Intake and onboarding of participants providing accurate program information, eligibility, and enrolment advice
* Manage inbound customer service calls and initiate quality customer service outbound calls with a set timeframe where deemed necessary
The successful applicant will be offered a full time fixed term contract until 30 June 2027 with potential for extension, based out of our Maroochydore, Caloundra or Cairns office.

Skills And Experiences
About you...
* Must be comfortable working within tight timeframes
* Experience resolving problems using judgement when responding to issues and discerning when issues should be escalated
* Proven Administration and Customer Service skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
* Ability to effectively use technology in the workplace
* Ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check with no disclosable outcomes
