We are looking for a talented Product Support Representative to join our product team in our branch in Perth. This role will support our mining customers in Western Australia.
About this role:
* As a member of our Product support team, this role supports our Mining business customers across Western Australia
* Manage the engine life database
* Respond to urgent customer requirements – technical and product issues
* Liaise with Key stakeholders such as our customers and engineers.
* Develop strong relationships with our valued customers
* Uphold our Cummins values and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Desirable attributes for this role:
* Excellent communication skills
* Customer centric approach to business
* Able to develop strong, value-based relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Serve as a technical support resource, providing diagnostic support on complex repair events
* Mechanical training is desirable but not essential.
