Overview
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the day to day and long-term operational performance of Findon Swim School. Your leadership will drive consistency, quality and continuous improvement across our programs, systems and our overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and elevate the performance of the management team to drive operational success
- Oversee day-to-day operations and long-term operational strategy
- Drive consistency, quality and continuous improvement across programs, systems and customer experience
- Monitor and conduct Performance Reviews and staff meetings
- Travel between three locations as required
Leadership & Communication

Operational Skills

- Enhanced technical skills
- Marketing development (Loomly/Facebook and Publisher experience would be very beneficial)
- This important role will need occasional travel between our three locations.
