**Job Description:** We are seeking two part-time physiotherapists to work with community clients across the South-Eastern suburbs. The roles involve providing high-quality physiotherapy services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, education, and support to clients in their own homes within a designated territory. Building strong relationships with clients and their families is essential for achieving physical goals.
**Key Responsibilities Include:**
- Providing physiotherapy services to elderly clients in their homes
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to support client wellbeing
- Working with multi-disciplinary teams to create holistic care plans
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- A physiotherapy qualification and current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrable experience working as a physiotherapist in aged or community care
- Full Australian Driver's Licence and own car that is registered and insured
- Genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others
- Ability to take a holistic approach to client needs
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
