This role requires an experienced and skilled professional with:
* Minimum 15 years' experience in a strategic planning or project delivery environment.
* Proven track record in leading significant precinct renewal or program delivery.
* Demonstrated experience in master planning, urban renewal, asset renewal and placemaking.
* Experience in working with Boards and board sub-committees.
* Proven leadership experience within high performing teams.
