Our health service is seeking an experienced or new graduate physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Charters Towers, Queensland. We offer a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional development.
Job Description:
* Patient Care & Treatment: Perform thorough assessments of patients, develop and implement treatment plans, deliver hands-on therapy, and provide evidence-based treatments.
* Educate patients on their injury or condition, conduct follow-up sessions, and progress and adjust treatments as needed.
* Service Delivery: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide integrated care, engage in one-on-one sessions, group rehabilitation classes, and home visits as required.
* Maintain accurate patient records using clinic management software, liaise with external stakeholders, participate in case reviews and team meetings, and provide clear communication to patients and their families.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy, Full / Limited AHPRA registration, and relevant experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injury management, or rehabilitation are desirable.

* Strong diagnostic, manual therapy, and exercise prescription skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and flexibility to conduct home visits and outreach work when needed.
