As the host you would also need to have an awareness and hands on approach of service, guiding the team to ensure reservations run to time and our customer's requests are met. You would be responsible for maximising reservations and availability for walk-in customers using our reservations system, Now Book It.

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Well presentable at all times as the face of the restaurant
- Has an excellent memory for faces and names
- Has previous experience in hospitality, ideally with some experience hosting, waiting tables or bartending
- Has decent knowledge of computer skills and reservation systems
- Has a bright and bubbly personality and thrives in a busy environment
A current NSW RSA is a bonus but not essential. This position is ideal for someone wanting to get into events. You will also be assisting the Events Manager with administration on quieter periods.
