Key Role in Aircraft Support Training
* Deliver comprehensive training programs for Defence trainees, focusing on specialized aircraft life support skills.
* Supervise and mentor junior instructors in simulated environments, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Develop and implement effective training strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of Defence personnel in aircraft life support and core aeroskills areas.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in aircraft maintenance and operations, with experience in delivering training programs and mentoring junior staff. A Certificate III in Aircraft Life Support or equivalent qualification is highly desirable.
