Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to the development and refinement of quality assurance approaches
* Manage and review data, case management, and administrative decisions, integrating customer satisfaction and feedback into business improvement strategies
* Deliver coaching and guidance to leaders and team members on quality management
* Facilitate data checking and exception reporting to ensure data integrity
* Assist with stakeholder surveys, analysis, and communication of results
Requirements
You have a background in dispute resolution and customer service, a passion for ensuring great customer experience, and a willingness to work in a public service role.
