The Peninsula Hotel is looking for a salaried Overnight Gaming Duty Manager who is highly motivated, results driven, has attention for detail and a passion for customer service.
Closing the Gaming Room and Venue approximately 5 nights a week, shifts will be based over a 7 day roster.
You need to possess an energetic personality, which will complement the style of our current dedicated gaming team:
* Provide a high level of customer service and presentation
* The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their experience and skill base through the networking and training that the organisation provides
* Attend to patrons enquiries throughout the venue and keep gaming room guests informed of special events and promotions
* Must have all relevant certificates, RP and Gaming Badges
* Applicants must have had prior gaming room experience
