JOB DETAILS WORK TYPE: Permanent WORK PATTERN: Full Time LOCATION: Melbourne JOB ROLE Working closely with a partner and their team, you will provide advice on real estate and development transactions, especially those involving government-led deals, commercial and industrial real estate, and development initiatives. With a broad practice, this group offers advice on a range of topics, including development agreements, substantial leases, tenure concerns, property-related aspects of large projects, and financings for real estate. A lawyer with over three years of post-admission experience in property or real estate, a broad range of property skills, and a desire for a laid-back work atmosphere without sacrificing quality or work mix would be a good fit for this role. The position will require both teamwork and individual problem solving. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE Shown expertise in a variety of real estate transactions, with a preference for experience in large-scale projects or property development.
