Our Sales & Marketing team is looking for an experienced **Area Manager **to build and maintain relationships across all the BMW Group Dealer Partners for the Southern Region. As the interface between BMW Australia Finance and our Dealer Network you will drive business objectives across BMW Group Brands & Commercial Finance. This is a full-time field-based role.
**What awaits you?**
- You will be responsible for the achievement of Financial Services targets relating to Retail Finance, Commercial Finance, and Customer Retention together with Dealer Satisfaction & NPS results.
- You will be responsible for developing & implementing sales strategies, and streamlining processes
- You will conduct Dealer Reviews to drive improvement in order to achieve Volume & Penetration targets
- You will be responsible for the preparation of Dealer Annual & Interim Reviews in line with Commercial Finance Credit Guidelines.
- You will deliver effective training and provide coaching monitoring in order to maintain BMW Australia Finance business processes and governance framework.
**Qualifications & Experience**
- Certificate IV in Financial Services or Credit Management, however a Degree in Commerce/Finance is highly desirable
- Previous automotive finance & insurance industry experience within a retail/wholesale environment
- Strong track record in sales/marketing and account management
- A strong understanding of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act (NCCP), Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorism Financing Act (AM/CTF) and other relevant automotive finance legislation and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
