**The Opportunity**
We have a fantastic opportunity for a sales focused individual to join the S Connect team within Commercial Property as a Pop Up and Advertising Executive for our Stockland Merrylands Shopping Centre. The role will work on prospect, pitch, package and sell solution-based concepts to both existing and new clients in the local business market that result in budget achievement per quarter and annum. The role will build and maintain effective working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders to deliver the best outcome for the business. This is a permanent full-time position.
**About the Role**
- Maintain, manage, and grow S Connect pop up and advertising income by achieving and exceeding the yearly budget for the specified region/centres
- Develop new business strategies and packaged solutions for prospective and existing clients that are in line with client objectives (solution selling)
- Establish high quality leads and a strong pipeline ongoing that is in line with ensuring budget achievement
- Pitching, proposal writing, presenting, negotiating and effective delivery/execution per client/campaign
- Ongoing client retention, growth, and new business development
**About you**
- You will bring your strong sales experience preferably with experience across pop up, campaign, media/event, or sponsorship sales
- Experience within retail, hospitality, events, media or real estate industry is preferred
- You will ideally bring your experience in business development, packaged selling, working with existing clients, and compliance
- You will ideally bring your strong local knowledge along with a sharp client focus acumen
- Ability to build strong relationships will be key
- An excellent verbal and written communicator
- Preferably to have Salesforce experience
- Good at organising time operationally
