The Role
Role
As a Pharmacy Assistant, you'll be a vital part of our team, helping us deliver exceptional customer care. In this role, you'll:
* Provide outstanding customer service and expert advice on health and beauty products.
* Assist customers with prescription submissions to our pharmacists.
* Operate the point of sale and manage cash handling.
* Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
* Promote current sales and product offerings to customers.

To Succeed In This Role, You'll Need
* A friendly and engaging personality with a passion for customer service.
* Previous experience in pharmacy or retail (preferred but not essential).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A professional presentation and a customer-first attitude.
* The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Available to work weekends and school holidays
Bonus Points If You Have
* A Certificate in Community Pharmacy (I-IV).
* Experience with MINFOS or FRED dispensing systems.
